to Scorpion!
Let’s Create Your Online
Success Together.
-
Step 1: Uncovery & Strategy
There is a lot that goes into the build out of a new website: research, site map creation, design, content writing, technical development, testing - but you knew that, that’s why you hired us! With all that said, this process is a partnership. We will be having quite a few calls throughout this process, and especially at the beginning to uncover your unique needs and selling points. We want to make sure we understand your goals and will rely on you, especially at the start of the project, to get us all the pertinent information we need to build your new site.
-
Step 2: Creation & Approvals
Once we’ve uncovered your goals, and have built a timeline around everything, we will move into the fun stuff - the building of your new website and campaign! Your Digital Project Manager will be with you every step of the way and will ask that you provide feedback and green light the various aspects of your project. Our ultimate goal is to find the perfect balance of serving the patient and ensuring they have an easy way of getting all of the information that makes your hospital so great. We will work with you until you are happy.
-
Step 3: Review & Launch
After you’ve reviewed all of the pieces and have signed off on the launch of your new website, our team will get everything in place for a smooth and seamless transition. Our team will perform one final quality check before the site goes live, and we’ll take care of making the switch online so that your new website is up. We are happy to handle the technical in’s and out’s of this process for you, or, if you’d like to connect us with your IT point of contact we can work with you all that way as well. Again, our ultimate goal is to make sure the launch goes off without a hitch.
